Greg and the team headed to Attica on Friday night for the make up feature for the ASCoC from the rain out earlier in the season as well as Attica’s regular Friday night racing. The Kistler powered J&J started from position 5, but was unable to get to the front and managed to come home in 4th. Next was the regular Attica show and starting from 13th, he was a Wild Man on a mission and had made his way up to 3rd when the chequered flag was waved. Although Greg settles for nothing less than a win, he was happy with a 4th and a 3rd. Saturday took the team to Fremont for the Fort Ball Pizza Palace 410 super sprint. Transferring through his heat had Greg out of 5 in the feature and he worked his way into 2nd behind the 5R, Monclova missile in Byron Reed. From the 3 features over the weekend the team came away with a 4th, 3rd and a 2nd. If only there was another night of racing! Greg was happy with the weekend results and is looking forward to Speedweek starting and going one better than last years runner up in the final standings. |

|
by Scott Cameron After the mid week WoO race at Lernerville; Sarver, PA, where the w20 finished 7th in the b-main the team headed back to Rossburg, Ohio keen to test out the new track conditions at Eldora after former owner, Earl Baltes had spent time during the week bringing tack conditions back to “normal”. Greg timed in 9th out of 27 cars, Transferred from his heat after finishing 3rd. The All-Star Heating and Plumbing J&J had it’s work cut out after qualifying to start 9th in the a-main. After a fast and furious 30 laps of running the wall “Eldora style” Greg had moved from his 9th starting position to finish the night in 4th place and just missing out on a podium spot.
Greg finished right behind Danny Smith, who is second in ASCoC points but Greg still has a 13 point lead over Danny and a strong 50 point lead from Brian Paulus in 3rd. |

Greg Finishes 2nd at Bedford, PA |
|
by Scott Cameron After getting rained out at Port Royal, Greg and the team were looking for a good result for the weekend and came very close to coming away with a win. Their night started out well timing in 6th with a strong field of PA Posse cars behind him as well as the strong All-Star field. That was followed by making the transfer in his heat and a 5th in the dash. Greg started the feature on the second row, but despite getting close, he was unable to get past Bill Rose who picked up his fist ASCoC win. Next, Greg heads back to Tony Stewart's Eldora Speedway on the 19th of May for a make up of the rain out on the 4th of May. Greg and the team will be looking to get a good result here as the next time they hit Eldora will be for the ASCOC Speedweek and he would love nothing more than to come away with a win during Ohio Sprint Speedweek. |

Wilson heads to Central PA with Point Lead |
|
by Scott Cameron
Greg and the team were back at Attica on Friday and looking to cement his position at the top of the All-Star Circuit of Champions leader board. He timed 2nd behind Kenny Jacobs, finished 2nd in his heat, and another 2nd in the dash. Greg started 5th in the feature and as Wilson fans expect, he had the All-Star Heating and Plumbing J&J up high on the track and was moving forward looking for a way to the front. On lap 25 Greg took the lead from Brock Mayes and was looking for his 2nd win of the season at Attica until on lap 35 he tagged the wall coming out of turn 4 which brought out the red flag and also brought an end to his night.
The w20 team were looking forward to turning more laps at Eldora the following night but some late afternoon showers canceled the nights racing. Fans of Greg can catch him this weekend at the 5th Annual Bob Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, PA as the All-Stars invade Posse territory. Sunday night the series moves to Bedford Speedway in Bedford, PA. Greg holds a 5 point lead over Danny Smith in his quest to be the 2007 O’Reilly All-Star champion. |
